Terms of use

Effective October 26, 2026 · version 1

These terms cover your use of Demand Memo (demandmemo.com), a publication of Good Standing Media. Reading the site means you accept them. Effective October 26, 2026.

What this site is

Demand Memo publishes news, reporting and reviews. It is written to inform. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and you should not treat it as any of those. Check anything you plan to act on against the source we cite.

Who publishes it

Good Standing Media owns and publishes Demand Memo. An article about a company the publisher has a stake in says so on the page.

Accuracy and corrections

We check facts before we publish and we date every article. When we get something wrong, we correct it in the article and note the change. If you spot an error, write to hello@demandmemo.com.

Using our content

You may read, link to and quote short passages of our articles with a credit and a link back. You may not copy whole articles, republish them, scrape the site in bulk, or present our work as your own. Automated reading by search engines and AI assistants is allowed as our robots.txt describes.

Articles link to sources on other sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise that it will be either at every moment. To the extent the law allows, Good Standing Media is not liable for losses that come from reading or relying on the site.

Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and earlier versions are kept on file. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Good Standing Media is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
